How are my items shipped & packaged?
All items come boxed in brown kraft jewelry boxes and tied with a ribbon. Jewelry items over $50 also come with a Logo stamped linen bag for travel and storage.
All items are shipped via USPS first class mail in cardbord boxes with crinkle paper for padding.
Insurance is NOT included but may be requested for an additional fee.

How long does it take for my items to be shipped?
"made to order" items may take up to 2-weeks to ship plus transit time to thier destination.
"Ready to ship" items ship in 1-3 business days.

This is a gift and i need it ASAP!
Let us know if your in a rush, we will do our best to get ready to ship items out right away and speed up production time for "made to order" items. Though we cannot gaurantee your package will be received by a certain date.

Can i return items?
We are a handmade business and cannot accept returns for refunds unless items are received damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. Under special circumstance we may accept items returned for credit or exchange less shipping charge. Please email us with all return/exchange questions before shipping item(s) back.
